Sending a found report
If you found an animal that looks like someone's pet, you can post on the Found side or write in the chat of an open lost listing.
First look for a match
- Open the Kayıp tab.
- Stay on the Kayıp side of the lost and found segment at the top.
- Narrow with the type chips (cat, dog, other) and use the search box.
- If a listing looks like the animal you found, open it and write in its chat.
If there is no match, post a found listing
Switch to the Bulundu (found) side and post. The flow is the same as a lost listing: type, location, photo, preview, publish. That way the person searching finds you.
Safe contact
A listing chat is a shared space. Do not write your address or phone number there; agree on the meeting details in a private conversation.
When someone claims ownership, asking about a detail that is not visible in the photo is a good check.
Emergencies
If the animal is injured or in danger, protect yourself first. In Turkey the municipal hotline for street animals is ALO 153, and 112 is the emergency line. Qchu points you to those official channels; it does not replace them.
