Closing a listing

Close the listing when the animal is found. A closed listing leaves the list, so nobody keeps searching for nothing.

Marking it as found

1. On the Kayıp tab open İlanlarım from the top right.
2. Open the detail of the listing you want to close.
3. Use Bulundu olarak işaretle (mark as found), or Sahibi bulundu olarak işaretle (owner found) for your own animal.

The app sums it up: if the owner is found, the listing closes and leaves the list. When it is done the screen says Harika haber · ilan kapatıldı (great news, listing closed).

Deleting a listing

To remove it entirely, use İlanı sil (delete listing) on the same screen. A deleted listing does not come back. If the animal was found, marking it as found is better than deleting, because that record tells searchers how it ended.

Updating instead

If the animal is still missing, do not close the listing, update it. İlanı güncelle lets you add new photos and change the description and the last seen location.
