Creating an account and signing in

You do not need an account to look at the map. You do need one to add pins, post listings and chat.

What you can do without an account

You can open the app and browse the map, lost pet listings, services and businesses. Where a contribution is needed the app sends you to sign in: the button reads Sohbet için giriş yap (sign in to chat) or Güncellemek için giriş yap (sign in to update).

Signing up

1. Enter your e-mail address and a password on the sign in screen.
2. A verification link is sent to your address; confirm it.
3. On Apple devices you can also sign up with Apple ile Devam Et (continue with Apple).

If the address is already taken the app says so and suggests signing in instead.

If you forgot your password

Use the reset link on the sign in screen. The app sends a reset link to your e-mail address. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first.

Biometric sign in

If your device supports it, Biyometrik ile Giriş Yap lets you sign in with a fingerprint or face recognition. This setting belongs to your device.

Signing out

Çıkış yap at the bottom of the profile drawer ends the session. Signing out does not delete your account; your records stay. To delete, see Deleting my account.
